Hello readers!
We have had an awesome school holiday and we have all done heaps of different things.
Connor thinks he broke the chain on his quad bike and he got it stuck in the sand on a track! Hopefully he can fix it soon! Jayden also lost his account on Roblox and had to make a new one! Bridie went pony riding with Paige in TM1. Dylan went to the lego show on Sunday.
Casey went with his friend and sister to see the Lion King movie the day it was released and finally he got to download Minecraft! Riley got to go and watch Toy Story 4 and he got to have lollies and a lemon, lime and bitters.
Alex went skiing at Mount Hutt. It was really cold and she fell over a few times but she had an awesome time! Stella also went skiing at Mount Hutt and had some lessons! We're looking forward to skiing and ice skating at our Winter Fun Day in September.

ReplyDeleteLots of learners in Kererū also went to the movies during the holidays. Reef got to go skiing as well during the holidays. Dominic went ice-skating. A few learners also got to play games online.
We all had wonderful holidays. We look forward to seeing more of your learning during Term 3.

What was the most popular movie that your class went to see? Our most popular was The Lion King because 9 people went to see it. It was close though, because 8 people went to see Toy Story 4.
Miss W hasn't had time to see either of them yet so we're not allowed to tell her any spoilers.
We also have a boy called Dominic in our class too!

Moe discoved she had 2 wiggly teeth during the school holidays.
Pasimati went to Tonga to visit family and participate in her Mum's Reunion. Tonga is a 3 hour flight from Auckland Airport.
Nadal went to the cinema and watched a great movie, enjoying a bucket of popcorn and a coke!
Joshua watched Spiderman at the Movies. He also had popcorn and Fanta to drink.
Shane saw The Lion King!
Spencer went to Gravity and spent a lot of time on the trampoline doing flips.
Amindeep went to the Internet Cafe and watched Spiderman.
Khin Lin had a friend over to her house and they had fun painting pictures in bright colours.
Easter went to Sylvia Park with her Aunty and sister.
Tuakana enjoyed spending time at the market with his Mum and Dad.
We have been studying the Solor System, Matariki, The 50th Moon Landing Anniversary and Fractions!

How do you lose a Roblox account?
Was the Lion King good? I still haven't been to see it and would like to know if it is worth going.
