Hi Te Mahuri,
ReplyDeleteI love Haiku's. They are the best kind of poem. They have a rhythm that other poems just don't have. In fact, a singer I love wrote a whole song using Haiku. Her name is Brooke Fraser.
I can't wait to read some more Haiku's from you all.
Your art is amazing. What process did you go through to create it? Could you teach it to some of my class?

DeleteWe enjoyed reading your comment! Can you tell us more about Brooke Fraser?
We're going to post our Haiku's on our own blogs so you can have a look there to check them out!
We had to make our printing block by getting some styrofoam and scratching a design into it. Then we put ink on it by rolling it on and pasted it on a piece of paper :)
We would love to share it! How many people in your class should we show? Do you think they would be interested? Would you like us to bring the supplies over
This is so cool!
ReplyDeleteThank you we really enjoyed making them.
