In TM2 we use ClassDojo to give out rewards and points for when we're being good and being responsible with others. We've been colouring our name tags on our boxes and organising our stationery so that we can find everything when we need it. We visited the pool and the library yesterday on our first day back. We went swimming and got to jump in. Ms Lange challenged us to see who could pretend they were sitting on the bottom of the pool reading a book.
We also have some posters to help us with building a growth mindset. It encourages us to do new things even if you find it difficult or hard. We have a timetable on the whiteboard so that we know what we're doing all day and we have to remind Miss W to change all the time! We're really lucky to have a school pool and a library. We also have our own chromebooks and we're learning to respect them and be Cybersmart with them. We get to have a sandwich for Carb Break every morning. We get to choose peanut butter, marmite, vegemite or butter.
Hi TM2, we are Kererū learning space at Wigram Primary School. We think it is cool that you have a pool and a library that you can visit. We have also been talking about Growth Mindset and about how we might not be able to do something...yet, but if we keep trying that we will succeed!

We use our Chromebooks for heaps of different subjects. We use them during reading time and made some word searches using our spelling words and put them into slides to find the words. We also used them for our CyberSmart lesson with Miss Morgan this morning and we learnt how to use shortcuts for copying and pasting!
