We have heard all about the narrator who lives with his grandmother and ends up accidentally going witch hunting. The Witches are all disguised as ladies and they really like to turn children into strange things.
We're really enjoying reading the book each day - you should read it too!

This is the first one that we've read but some of us love a heap of different books. A few of us have the whole collection at home, like George's Marvellous Medicine, The BFG, Matilda, Fantastic Mr Fox and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Lots of us have also seen the movies that have been made, like Matilda, James and the Giant Peach and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.
We were wondering, what is your favourite Roald Dahl book? Or have you read any Roald Dahl books yourself? You could read The Witches if not, we got it from the school library which has a heap of them!
